the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for cost of procurement of substitute goods 

or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased
or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service
or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data 

or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits
or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if indycult has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

User further agrees that indycult shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or
termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential
or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not,
negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

User agrees that indycult shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of
any third party of the service. In sum, in no event, shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages
or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Indycult,
if any, that is related to the cause of action.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise,
mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages,
lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption)

resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty,
contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities
were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Welcome to Indycult.com! By using the website to browse, shop and join as a freelance artist/designer/contributor,
you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Privacy: Indycult believes in keep information secret from unwanted persons so that you won’t get any mail
  or call which you never expected. We take extreme care with your details. At no time does even Indycult have access to
  your credit card, debit card or any bank details, thus making your payment ultra secure.

• Payment: We’ve partnered with Payment Gateways for our online payments through Credit Card, Debit Card and
  Net Banking. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Diner’s Club cards. You could also choose the Cash on delivery (COD) option
  to pay for your orders. Please read about our COD policies to know more.

• Stock Policy: If the product becomes out of stock, we de-list it from the website asap. But to err is human and technology
  can screw things up once in a blue moon. So God forbid, but if we receive an order for an out of stock product,
  we’ll try our level best to get it for you within 5 business days and if unfortunately we can’t,
  you’ll have your money back and something more.

• Delivery: Our goods are delivered by Delhivery or local courier companies in the town. However,
  it is extremely difficult for us to accept responsibility for their service.
  If your goods are not received within our specified delivery dates then you must notify us within 10 days.
  Please read our shipping policies to know more.

• Prices: We can deal with inflation! *Sigh* But, in cases of hyperinflation, we reserve the right to change our prices.
  We will not change the price of an order you have already made without prior notification. Any unlikely occurrences
  will be dealt with at our discretion.

• Packaging:  We practice in Green Packing, where all posters, merchandise & art prints are wrapped in bubble wrap,
  packed securely in a mail tube! Because we are customers ourselves, we know how frustrating
  it can be when the packaging is not quite right.

• International Copyright Laws: The arrangement and compilation of all Website Content is our exclusive property
  and is protected by international copyright laws.
